Following Shangri-La
I’m going to try following that Shangri-La Diet that all the kids are doing for a bit. (It’s the new Atkins, dontchaknow.) I’m blogging the experience across here.

Kathy Sierra promotes the “Shangri-La Diet”. The skeptic in me believes that this is, of course, complete bobbins — extra light olive snake oil, if you will — but I’m still curious to try it.
