Some Notes on Distributed Key Stores
Leonard Lin’s summary of “the market” of distributed key stores. I haven’t needed to do anything terribly large-scale yet, so redis has been Good Enough for me.

This is written on a pipe at Slide. After walking past it, I always get the phrase stuck in my head, because I like the sound of it. To me, it sounds like it should be some mythical warrior: "The Amazing Stories of Floslo Cüdfludd".

Dan Sandler’s research project, creating a protocol for distributed microblogging. An improvement on identi.ca, as he built a Twitter gateway to help bootstrap. Will definitely be playing with it tonight.

Looking through Flickr, I was surprised that I hadn't uploaded this handsome shot of Clyde on the beach at Fort Funston. It's probably my favourite photo of him.
