Netflix: Freedom & Responsibility Culture

Really interesting presentation deck leaked(?) from Netflix, covering their workplace culture. Some incredibly smart and inspiring stuff. Apparently, they let go with a generous severance package anyone who fails the question: “Which of my people, 
if they told me 
they were leaving in two months 
for a similar job at a peer company, 
would I fight hard to keep at Netflix?”
